This 17-Minute Attitude Ass Burner includes a stretch ending. We turn the leg out to turn the glutes on. This "ballet-inspired" turnout or "attitude" is themed throughout the class. It is a fun twist of some of our old favs. Bridging, Sidelying, Prone Frogs and Quadruped. Your hard work will be rewarded with a beautiful (optional) pigeon stretch to finish. I love using the ball to support me in this stretch. You will need your loop and option (ball) for the well-deserved glute stretch ending.xx
