A member request for a 25-minute glute focused sculpt that uses all of the props from the toning toolkit. I chose to hero one exercise per prop and make it 50% mat, 50% standing. The first half will be on the mat using your loop and long band. The second half will be standing at a chair/stable surface using one glider and the ball. Offfffft my booty was burning after this. A fun little challenge that I hope you enjoy. X
